Official Transcripts for Currently Enrolled Students:
Students may request a copy of their official transcript by filling out a request form in the front office, indicating whether they want to pick up or have it mailed. There is no charge for currently enrolled students.
Official Transcripts for Previous Students and Graduates:
Request may be made in person, email, or by letter. The quickest way to receive your transcript is to email our registrar,
Kym Plankenhorn . In order to process your request, please include the following information:
- Full name at time of attendance
- Date of birth
- Graduation date or last year of attendance
- Address to be mailed, email address, or number to be faxed
- Current address and phone number
- Copy of your picture identification is mandatory; must be able to read birth date and name.
- $2 fee for each transcript sent or picked up or $3 fee for each transcript faxed* (we do not wait for payment to process request.)
- At this time we are not able to accept credit cards, please cash or check only - please remit payment as soon as possible.
- If someone besides yourself is picking up and/or paying for your transcript, please indicate who that designated person would be. They will need to show their picture ID in order to release the transcript to them.
*Active service members will have all fees waived
