PSAT/NMSQT

All sophomores and juniors interested in taking the PSAT/NMSQT on October 17, 2025 please fill out the following form: PSAT Sign Up Form. The cost of the exam is $18 and can be paid at the student activities window on school days from 8a-4p.  The last day to submit the form and payment is September 15, 2025.  If you have any questions please reach out to Elle Victorio at elle.victorio@medford.k12.or.us   

Fall 2025 update: The PSAT is currently at capacity and the deadline has passed, if you did not pay, signup, or your registration was cancelled we are unable to process anymore students at this time.
