MPACT- Medford Pre-Apprenticeship for Construction Trades

Careers in construction trades are on the rise in the Rogue Valley.  Recognizing this, the Medford School District has a new program high school juniors and seniors who would like to learn job skills and gain experience in these trades, called the Medford Pre-Apprenticeship for Construction Trades (MPACT). 

The MPACT will connect students with construction industry professionals.

MPACT is a pre-apprenticeship program designed to carve a career pathway into trades. This program provides students with the necessary entry-level qualifications needed to enter an apprenticeship program or a job.

If you're a junior or senior in high school and interested in a career in the high-wage construction trades- Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, or HVACcomplete the MPACT application.
